Will formatting round a long numeric ID?
The formatter preserves the original number text, including long integers. It flags values outside JavaScript’s finite or safe-integer range. Some downstream applications may still round such numbers; quoted strings are usually more suitable for identifiers. The conversion modes use JavaScript number precision.
Does a valid result satisfy a JSON Schema?
No. The formatter checks JSON syntax and reports structure. It does not validate a JSON Schema, an API contract or the meaning of a value.
What happens to duplicate object keys?
The formatter preserves and reports all occurrences. Different consumers may keep different values, so resolve repeated names before using the document in an application.
Where are my files and inputs processed?
