Tool inputs
The currently available utilities process files and form entries in your browser. The tools do not upload these inputs, save them in a user account, or send them to an AI provider. Reset clears the current workspace. Downloaded files remain on your device until you delete them.
Optional notepad backup
The Online Notepad keeps notes in page memory by default. You can explicitly enable a browser backup in its workspace. That backup remains in this browser until you remove it with the backup controls; resetting a workspace or closing the tab does not necessarily remove an enabled backup. On a shared device, leave backup disabled or remove the saved backup before leaving.
Optional game progress
Games keep your scores, XP, level, streak and badges in page memory. They are saved in this browser only when you turn on saving in a game: “Save scores, XP and streak on this device” in Game Kit games, or “Save my XP, streak and best scores on this device” in the typing games. Saving is off at the start of each visit. One saved record is shared by every game on this site. Turning saving off, Erase device scores or Erase saved progress removes it. Full game histories, learning-pack text, private party prompts and what you type are never saved.
Website access
WordPress, the hosting provider and security services may process request metadata such as IP address, browser information and security events to deliver and protect the website. Administrator login uses authentication cookies. This tool release adds no advertising, session replay or third-party input analytics.
Your choices
Use non-sensitive examples when testing. Close the tab or reset after working on a shared device. Review files before sharing them. Any future server processing or account storage will need a separate notice before it becomes available.
Public website scans and optional URL imports
When you request a public sitemap or robots.txt URL in a website tool, OnlineTools Kenya receives that URL and its server downloads the public document. Sitemap indexes also download child sitemaps and nested indexes. The remote websites see requests from our server. XML pasted or opened locally is parsed on your device; child sitemap URLs from a local index are sent to our server to download. This feature does not save imported URLs or document contents; hosting and security logs may retain request metadata. Explicitly passing a URL list to another tool uses temporary tab storage, expires after ten minutes, and is removed when the receiving tool opens. Website URL audits also read public HTML through our server, without executing page scripts, and our server applies the website’s robots.txt rules for our crawler before reading a page. Short-lived download sessions store the website origin and limits where needed, the robots.txt rules for our crawler, request counts, byte totals, expiry and a salted IP digest for up to two hours. Page contents and audit results are not saved by this feature.
