Solve constant-acceleration motion with unit checks, verified displacement, velocity-time graphs and practice.
Useful to know
Can this answer every science question?
No. Each model has stated limits. Use structured fields when a prose question is unsupported. It does not predict reaction products or provide experiment procedures.
Are these official curriculum mappings?
No. These are concept-based resources. KICD and legacy KCSE mappings remain under review; no endorsement is claimed.
Where are my inputs stored?
Questions and scores remain in this tab only and are cleared by reset or reload. Copy and print are optional actions you control.
Where are my files and inputs processed?
This tool processes your entries on your device. It does not upload them or save them in an account. Downloads remain on your device; Reset clears the current tool workspace.

Science learning notes
Describe motion with signed quantities
For constant acceleration in one dimension, v=u+at and s=ut+½at². The signed area under the velocity-time graph is displacement. Distance sums the absolute travel and can exceed the magnitude of displacement after a turn.
Example: From rest, a=3 m/s² and t=5 s: v=15 m/s and s=37.5 m.
Common mistake: Speed is nonnegative; velocity has a direction. Displacement can be negative or zero after travel.
Is acceleration always gravity?
No. Enter the acceleration appropriate to the problem. Free fall requires a gravitational model and assumptions such as neglecting air resistance.
Concept-based learning; formal curriculum mappings remain under review. No KICD endorsement is claimed.
