What does this tool establish?
No strobe is generated. If flicker causes discomfort, stop. Camera bands can depend on rolling shutter and exposure. Compare several shutter settings; ordinary browser APIs cannot measure PWM frequency.
Does this certify the screen?
No. Browser signals, calculations and visual observations cannot certify physical panel specifications or defects.
Where are my files and inputs processed?
Calculations and observations stay in this tab. Optional observation saving starts off and uses only this device. Turn it off or use Clear observation to remove that saved note. Downloaded reports remain on your device.
