Useful to know

Can this answer every science question?

No. Each model has stated limits. Use structured fields when a prose question is unsupported. It does not predict reaction products or provide experiment procedures.

Are these official curriculum mappings?

No. These are concept-based resources. KICD and legacy KCSE mappings remain under review; no endorsement is claimed.

Where are my inputs stored?

Questions and scores remain in this tab only and are cleared by reset or reload. Copy and print are optional actions you control.

Where are my files and inputs processed?

This tool processes your entries on your device. It does not upload them or save them in an account. Downloads remain on your device; Reset clears the current tool workspace.

Science learning notes

Conserve atoms without changing formulae

Chemical balancing changes coefficients in front of species. Subscripts stay fixed because changing them changes the substance. Each element, and charge for explicit ionic species, must have the same total on both sides.

Example: Fe + O2 -> Fe2O3

Common mistake: Do not change O₂ to O₃ to make the numbers match.

Does a balanced equation prove a reaction occurs?

No. Conservation is necessary but says nothing about feasibility, rate, conditions or how to perform an experiment.

Concept-based learning; formal curriculum mappings remain under review. No KICD endorsement is claimed.
