Roll a seeded die, follow a real 100-square board and review every climb, slide and exact-finish attempt with one to four local players.
Useful to know
Does this game upload or automatically save my round?
No. The running board and moves stay in this browser tab. Optional completed personal best summaries require explicit opt-in; Snakes & Ladders and local matches never qualify. Saving starts off on each visit.
Can I use a keyboard and pause the game?
Yes. Use the focused board or labelled direction, roll and column controls. Pause or hiding the tab hides the board and stops active time. Return and choose Resume explicitly.
What are the current limits?
Original seven-ladder/seven-snake board; exact 100; no extra turn on six. All results are unranked. Maximum 2,000 rolls or four active hours.
Do I need to fill in the settings before I can play?
No. Quick play starts a complete built-in round with sensible defaults. Open Customise this game only when you want to change the available settings.
How does automatic continuation work in this game?
Press Roll dice for each turn. After the movement trace, the next turn becomes ready automatically; Pause here holds the trace. The next player must press Roll dice to roll. Use Pause here to hold the movement trace, or turn off automatic continuation in the game preferences.
Where are my files and inputs processed?
Play stays in this browser, with no account or remote leaderboard. Personal bests are saved only if you enable that option. Reset clears the round; use Erase device scores to remove those optional records from this browser. Private prompts and answers are excluded from the shared summary actions.
