Does an unexpired exp claim mean a token is valid?
No. A future expiry is only one unverified claim. The signature, issuer, audience, permitted algorithm, revocation policy and application rules must be checked by the system that accepts the token.
Can the tool verify the JWT signature?
No. It displays the signature byte count and the header’s claimed algorithm. It does not use secrets, public keys or key-discovery URLs.
Is the example token a working login token?
No. Its data is illustrative and its signature is made up. It is included only to demonstrate the inspection view.
Where are my files and inputs processed?
