How to use this tool

Enter a website URL to find contextual internal link candidates using real page titles, headings and source excerpts.

Enter your public website URL; no CSV is required. Choose a page limit and minimum word match if needed.
Select Scan whole website. It is the default and continues through discovered pages; keep this tab open. Optional sampling is available under scan options.
Read each source excerpt and target title, then download a shortlist for manual review. CSV input remains optional.

How this tool works

Read public page titles, H1 headings and up to 12,000 characters of page text, excluding navigation and scripts. Match same-website pages by weighted word overlap, exclude links already seen in the source HTML, and show source excerpts. Suggest an anchor only if the phrase actually occurs in source content; no links are inserted. Website mode uses bounded server downloads, respects robots.txt and reports incomplete coverage. It reads server HTML without rendering JavaScript. CSV imports are processed locally. Whole-website mode has no small default sample: it continues until the discovered queue is empty within the stated resource guardrails. Rate-limit responses wait and retry automatically. All read pages are included in metadata/graph reports; internal-link suggestions index all read page content with bounded neighbour comparisons.

Limits and assumptions

Whole website is the default: public same-origin HTML from sitemaps and internal links, including nofollow links for audit. Robots restrictions are respected. Guardrails: 20,000 discovered URLs, 2,000,000 directed links, two hours and 2 GiB HTML/robots downloads. Query-string URLs are excluded except the starting URL. Guards, failures and Stop remain explicit incomplete results; JavaScript/login-only or undiscoverable pages cannot be read. Internal-link candidates use a bounded term index over all read pages, not every possible page pair. CSV remains optional.

Are the candidates guaranteed relevant?

No. The score measures weighted word overlap in supplied data. Review the source content, target intent, status and anchor text before inserting a link.

Where are my files and inputs processed?

Website URL scans send public page addresses to OnlineTools Kenya. Our server reads public HTML, robots.txt and sitemaps without running page scripts. CSV input stays on your device. Whole-website mode continues through discovered public HTML. Safety guards are 20,000 URLs, two hours and 2 GiB of HTML/robots downloads; any guard reached is reported as incomplete. Temporary scan sessions retain the website origin, limits, request counts, byte totals, expiry and a salted IP digest for up to two hours. HTML and results are not saved by this feature; hosting and security logs may retain request metadata.
