How do I generate a pay slip online?
Enter employer, employee and pay-period details, add earnings and deductions, and review the preview. The generator totals the amounts and calculates net pay. Choose Download PDF, Download PNG or Print when the figures are correct.
Does the payslip generator calculate PAYE, NSSF, SHIF or the Housing levy?
No. Enter the verified amounts from your payroll records. This generator adds the earnings and deductions and calculates net pay; it does not choose current statutory rates or submit payroll returns.
Can I add my logo?
Yes. Add your logo under Choose a design, and place it left, centre or right. PNG with a clear background looks best. You can also add a photo of your signature.
Can it remember my business details?
Yes, if you tick “Remember my business details” the next document fills in your name, logo, colours and payment details on this device. Untick it to remove them.
Is the PDF a real document?
Yes. The text in the PDF can be selected and searched, long lists continue on extra pages with the table header repeated, and every page is numbered.
Where are my files and inputs processed?
This tool processes your entries on your device. It does not upload them or save them in an account. Downloads remain on your device; Reset clears the current tool workspace.
